Are you feeling out of sync with your body?

Frustrated by pain, recurrent infections or the rollercoaster of perimenopause?

Feeling exhausted living in a world that does not honour your female cycles and body?

Feeling alone navigating low libido, numbness or pain during sex, lack of pleasure?

How would it be to:

  • feel at home in your body?
  • connect to your pelvis and sexuality?
  • be less confused by what your body is telling you?
  • be more trusting of your body and its signals?
  • be able to honour your needs, boundaries and cycles?
  • feel less alone in what you're experiencing?

Are you ready to live in harmony as a woman in todays world?

Here's an invitation to get curious, listen differently, and find out what living in synergy could actually feel like.

  • What does my body know?
  • What have I been taught & what do I actually experience?
  • How well do I understand my own physiology?
  • Where have shame, silence or misinformation shaped my relationship with my body?
  • What happens when we begin speaking openly about the things we have learned to keep private?
  • What becomes possible when sexual and reproductive health becomes a shared conversation rather than a solitary responsibility?

We're Joanna & Sara,

We've both spent many years pushing through pain.

Feeling alone with sexual or reproductive health problems.

Running on empty and putting everyone else first.

Living and working against our natural cycles.

Perhaps you have too.

So here's an invitation to stop working against your body and start living in synergy with it.

We bring together medicine, psychology, sexual health, somatics, trauma-informed work, embodiment, pelvic and womb bodywork.

Sara is in her maiden years.

Joanna is a mother of three aged 15 to 20, and navigating  perimenopause.

We have different experiences of being women and different ways of working with the body.

And we both know that one lens is never enough.

A recurrent infection isn't just a microbiome issue.

 Pain isn't always just physical.

Low desire isn't always about hormones.

And not everything needs to be explained by trauma.

We want to look at all of it. The pelvis. The nervous system. Hormones. Sex. Relationships. Pleasure. Our experiences. Our beliefs. Our environment.

What we know from science and what we learn from actually living in our bodies.

We don't have one version of what being a woman should look like.

We bring what we know. You bring what you know.

And we get curious and journey together.

Because, maybe like you, we're done with:

  • Women’s health in a system where the male body is still the default
  • Feeling misunderstood and alone on this journey
  • Putting up with things because we’ve been told that's just part of being a woman
  • Experiencing unnecessary pain, exhaustion, difficulties with sex, hormonal chaos, infections, post birth challenges, HPV and cervical dysplasia
  • Being dismissed or simply expected to get on with it
  • Treating our bodies like something we need to control
  • Pushing through, overriding our needs and trying to make our bodies fit a life that was never designed with it in mind

What you will experience in Pelvis Synergy...

The physical meets the personal

Sexual and reproductive health is not just about anatomy.

Pelvis Synergy brings together the physiological, hormonal, neurological and microbial with the relational, emotional, cultural and ancestral.

Science meets soma

We combine education with embodiment, and clinical knowledge with lived experience — exploring female sexual and reproductive health through both understanding and experience.

Over six weeks, you will receive:

  • Three intensive in-person immersions
Three set gathering days, each exploring a different landscape of female sexual and reproductive health. (More below)

  • Integration between gatherings
Optional practices, rituals, reflections and resources to deepen and integrate what you experience.

  • Private community support
A space throughout the six weeks to ask questions, share, reflect and connect with the women travelling alongside you.

There is no pressure to do everything. Take what serves you and follow what feels right for you.

Six weeks. Three immersions. One intimate group.

The Immersions

Immersion One: Pussy Ecology

Friday, 30th October 2026, 18:30-21:30, Berlin Mitte

An exploration of this intimate ecosystem

The vulva.

The pussy microbiome.

The cervix as a portal into and out of our deepest core.

Sexual health.

Pleasure.

Infections, especially the recurrent or persisting ones.

Understanding symptoms.

Libido.

And the complex relationship between our intimate physiology and the wider ecosystems we live within.

Your pussy is not a problem to fix, it’s an ecosystem to understand.

Immersion Two: The Pelvis Keeps the Score

Friday, 27th November 2026,  18:30-21:30, Berlin Mitte

Our bodies are not blank canvases.

They carry experiences, adaptations, patterns & protections.

Stories of HER-kind.

In this immersion, we explore the relationship between the body, sexuality, emotions, relationships and the ways our lived experiences can shape how we inhabit ourselves.

Not to reduce everything to trauma, but to become more curious about the profound relationship between body and biography.

Immersion Three: Cycle Wisdom

Friday, 11th December 2026, 18:30-21:30, Berlin Mitte

The menstrual cycle is not simply something that happens to us once a month, but a changing hormonal landscape that shapes the experience of being in our bodies.

From menarche to menopause.

From bleeding to ovulation.

From the body we were taught to manage to the body we can learn to understand.

In this immersion, we explore menstrual health, cyclical living and we follow the thread beyond physiology, towards a more womb-centred life, deeper body literacy, & connection and sisterhood.

What others say

TG

What I love most about Joanna’s events is that she clearly creates from both professional and personal backgrounds. I find this level of lived experience rare to find elsewhere. Highly Recommended. Joanna is an incredible facilitator who creates spaces with real depth and empathy. I always feel supported, seen, and able to engage meaningfully. Highly recommend!

Sara is very attentive and calming in her demeanor. She's very caring and makes you feel safe. During the session, I felt very relaxed and connected to my body. Once the session was over, I felt refreshed and had this feeling of serenity.

Sarah

My experience of recieving womb care from Sara was a tender, loving and supportive experience. I found Sara's connection to the needs of my body attuned and gentle, and her touch was informed with a listening that brought me into a state of deep rest and repair. Sara has a deep kindness, confidence and presence that felt incredibly warm.

A couple of sessions with Joanna helped me reach clarity and deep inner sense of comfort with my own process and my position in it. I could clearly see my situation and the next steps in it. Really uplifted and grateful, thank you Joanna!

Pelvis Synergy is for you if:

You’re curious about your body and want to understand it beyond symptoms and diagnoses.

You want to understand your vulva, vagina, pelvis and cycles better.

You’re tired of being told that pain, discomfort or hormonal changes are simply things women have to live with.

You want to feel more confident talking about sexual health, pleasure and your body.

You’re willing to get curious about your patterns rather than judge yourself for them.

You’re comfortable being in a small group where we’ll talk openly about bodies, sex, cycles and things we’re often taught to keep private.

You’re able to honour your own boundaries and respect those of the other women in the group.

You’re interested in the connection between your physical body and your lived experiences.

You’re open to exploring how stress, relationships, emotions and past experiences may show up in the body.

You want to work with your cycles rather than constantly overriding them.

You’re navigating perimenopause or another transition and want to understand what is changing. ming

You value both science and embodied experience and don’t think we have to choose between the two.

You’re willing to listen to other women’s experiences without fixing, advising or comparing.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to show up, get curious and explore with us.

Questions you might have

Do I need to have a particular problem to join?

No. You might be living with pain, recurrent infections, low libido, difficult periods, perimenopause or changes in your sexuality. Or you might simply be curious about your body and want to understand it better.

You don’t need a diagnosis or a problem that needs fixing.

Is this medical care?

No. We’ll bring medical knowledge and science into the room, particularly around sexual health, the vaginal microbiome, infections, hormones and menstrual health. But the group isn’t a substitute for individual medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment.

What do you mean by embodied or experiential?

It means we won’t spend three days talking about our bodies from the neck up. Alongside information and conversation, there will be opportunities to notice, move, feel, reflect and explore what is happening in your own body. You always choose your level of participation.

Do I have to participate in every practice?

INo. Sometimes participating means doing the practice. Sometimes it means watching. Sometimes it means taking an idea home to explore privately. And sometimes it means sitting something out completely. We want you to practise listening to your body rather than overriding it.

What if I don’t menstruate?

You are still welcome. You may have irregular or absent periods, use hormonal contraception, be in perimenopause or menopause, have had a hysterectomy, or simply experience your cycle differently. Cycle Wisdom is about much more than having a regular monthly bleed.

Why only eight women?

Because we want this to be intimate. Eight gives us enough space for real conversation, questions, sharing and connection, and allows something to grow between us over the six weeks rather than feeling like three workshops full of strangers.

Do I have to talk about my sex life or personal experiences?

No. We’ll be talking openly about bodies, sexuality, pleasure, cycles and lived experience, but you decide what you share.

Is this therapy?

No. Pelvic Synergy is an educational and experiential group, not psychotherapy.

We may explore how our experiences, relationships and emotions can shape the way we inhabit our bodies, but we won’t be diagnosing or treating trauma.

Will there be nudity, touch or intimate practices?

LThere may be optional embodied practices involving the breasts, vulva or pelvis. For example, we may demonstrate breast massage or introduce a practice such as yoni gazing. Depending on the practice and what feels right for you, you may choose to explore it with the group or take it home and experience it privately in your own time. We’ll always explain what we’re doing beforehand. You can take part, watch, adapt a practice, save it for home or simply say no. There will be no genital examinations, and you will never be expected to do anything with your body that you don’t want to do. Your no is just as welcome as your yes.

What if I have a history of trauma or I’m not sure whether this is right for me?

Both of us work in a trauma-informed way, and choice, consent and boundaries are an important part of how we hold the group. At the same time, Pelvic Synergy is not trauma therapy, and some of the themes or practices we explore may bring things up. If you have significant trauma around your body, sexuality, breasts, pelvis, medical experiences or relationships, or you’re simply unsure whether this space would feel supportive for you, please get in touch with us before joining. We’re very happy to have a conversation and work out together whether Pelvic Synergy is a good fit.

Do I have to attend all three immersions?

Yes. Pussy Ecology, The Pelvis Keeps the Score and Cycle Wisdom are three parts of one six-week experience. We’re intentionally keeping the group small, so being there for all three gives us time to build trust, deepen the exploration and get to know one another.

What if I feel shy or awkward talking about these things?

You probably won’t be the only one. Many of us grew up learning to keep conversations about our vulvas, bleeding, sex, pleasure and pelvic health private. You don’t need to arrive fearless, confident or completely comfortable. You just need enough curiosity to come through the door.
